Gotta Love Ink III
So, after seeing a huge increase in visitors on my otherwise completely unread blog, I took a closer look, and found out that post’s on tattoo’s do pretty well in terms of generating visitors =) Apparently, after porn and Obama, tattoo’s are the next best thing on the web. Well, here is another one.
I already did a post on the wings tattoo, this is a different body, a different picture, but they are wings alright. I very much like the idea of wings, although I wouldn’t have them as a tattoo.

A great artist from Belgium, wrote a song that mentions having wings. I’ve been feeling like that, for quite a while now. Please listen to it, it’s really really good. Hurrah for Novastar!

The tattoo above doesn’t really need any explanation. I think it’s beautyfully done, it curves nice around the body. The tattoo artist deserves a price in my opinion. Damn…you Gotta Love Ink!

www.wordle.net is a perfect example of how I can literally spent a couple of hours with physically doing nothing, but my brain is making all sorts of cartwheels
It is fun, it is artsy, and makes you think about good things.
In essence, the Java app generates a piece of ‘art’, based on the words from the rss / atom feed of any given web page or blog. You can also add words or a piece of text yourself if you want to. Then, it generates something pretty! You can alter all sorts of things, like color scheme, fonts, placement of words in percentage’s (more vertical/horizontal etc) So, by the time I was done making the example below, half my workday was done!
Please click to enlarge, and marvel at its nerdish simplicity, yet perfect awesomeness. It’s words generated from this blog, placement of words and picking of the colors all done by the zero’s and one’s that in the end make up for the code that generates the picture. I like it!
